THE PROVISION OF HOSTED PBX NATIONALLY FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS

Scope of work

• Provision of Hosted PBX services nationally for a period of five (5) years.

• The scope includes transition, recurring maintenance, support, and disengagement for Fixed Telephone Communication (FTC) services.(Annexure C- RFP VoIP Pricing Work..., sheet Summary)

Important requirements

• Bidders must provide a minimum of two detailed implementation plans of VoIP Installation projects successfully completed within the past 5 years, including completion certificates or reports signed by the customer.(RFP Annexure B4 VoiP Services Proj..., sheet VoIP)
• Bidders must indicate 'YES' or 'NO' regarding their ability to reach all sites as per the Geographical Location Area.(RFP Annexure E VoIP Services Trans..., sheet Summary)

How to submit

• Submissions must be made using the provided MS Excel Pricing Workbook. Pricing must be exclusive of VAT, except for the summary VAT inclusive sheet. Validity of pricing is 180 days.
