THE PROVISION OF HOSTED PBX NATIONALLY FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS

What this tender is about

Transnet SOC Ltd is inviting small businesses to submit proposals for the provision of Hosted PBX services nationwide. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The contract will be for a period of five years. Bidders are required to demonstrate their capacity and capability to deliver these services. Key evaluation criteria include delivery capability track record, operational coverage across all nine provinces, personnel certification and experience, and project management capability. Scope of work

• Provision of Hosted PBX services to support voice communication across all Transnet sites.
• Implementation of Contact Centres and Hosted Call Recording solutions.
• Provision of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) links, adhering to Health & Safety Standards.
• Deployment of Hosted PABX VoIP solution for specific areas like NOC, port controls, and receptionists.
• Implementation of Usage and Telephone Management Service (TMS).
• Provision of Gateways for analogue lines used by TPL.
• Establishment of a Dedicated Managed service support desk and 24/7 field service support with SLAs.
• Provision of AudioCodes SBC’s Professional services and Support for integration with existing platforms.
• Ensuring Disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
• Ensuring Scalability to accommodate business growth.
