THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER TO DECANT, REMOVE, AND DISPOSE OF SULPHURIC ACID FROM WAGON TANKERS, AND TO CLEAN, REHABILITATE, AND REMEDIATE CONTAMINATED LAND ON AN AS-AND-WHEN-REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS
