REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A TERMINAL OPERATOR TO DESIGN, FINANCE, DEVELOP, CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, MAINTAIN AND TRANSFER A SMALL TO MEDIUM SCALE LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS (LNG) IMPORT TERMINAL FOR A CONCESSION PERIOD OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) YEARS AT THE PORT OF EAST LONDON
