REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE LEASING OF PREMISES DESCRIBED AS RCB 10/2026/01 - LAND SITUATED ON LOT 3/4, UMHLATHUZI SITES BAYVIEW PRECINCT IN THE PORT OF RICHARDS BAY FOR A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN (15) YEARS
