Scope of work

• Provision of preventative maintenance for Transnet assets (Buildings, Wet Services, Electrical, and Mechanical) in the Northern Region (Tshwane and surrounding areas) on an as and when required basis for 6 months.
• Provision of corrective maintenance for Transnet assets (Buildings, Wet Services, Electrical, and Mechanical) in the Northern Region (Tshwane and surrounding areas) on an as and when required basis for 6 months.
• Provision of emergency maintenance for Transnet assets (Buildings, Wet Services, Electrical, and Mechanical) in the Northern Region (Tshwane and surrounding areas) on an as and when required basis for 6 months.
• Provision of ad hoc services for Transnet assets (Buildings, Wet Services, Electrical, and Mechanical) in the Northern Region (Tshwane and surrounding areas) on an as and when required basis for 6 months.
