THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING OF WASHAWAYS FOR TRANSNET PIPELINES SOUTH REGION NETWORK ON AN “AS AND WHEN” REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.
