PROVISION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF HAZARDOUS AND GENERAL INDUSTRIAL WASTE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES”) FOR TRANSNET SOC LTD (REG. N0 1990/000900/30) OPERATING AS TRANSNET PORT TERMINALS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “TPT”) AT THE PORTS OF RICHARDS BAY, DURBAN, EAST LONDON, NGQURA, PORT ELIZABETH, CAPE TOWN & SALDANHA ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
