FOR THE PROVISION OF RAIL NETWORK PROTECTION SERVICES (RNPS) AT TRANSNET RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER (TRIM) DEPOTS WITHIN THE NORTH CORRIDOR FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

Transnet SOC Ltd is seeking proposals for the provision of Rail Network Protection Services (RNPS) at Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) depots located in the North Corridor, Mpumalanga. This contract is for a duration of twelve (12) months. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 24 August 2026 at 10:00. Proposals must be submitted by 15 September 2026 at 13:00. This is a Request for Proposal procurement method.

Special conditions

A non-compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted on MS TEAMS on the 24 August 2026, at 10:00 AM for a period of ± 1,5 hours. [Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.
