• Demolishing and removing existing single storey building with pitched roof, concrete surface bed, brick walls, and sheet steel roof covering, including removal of internal sanitary fittings and decommissioning of existing ablution blocks.
• Earthworks including stripping topsoil, excavation in earth and rock, filling, backfilling, compaction, and soil poisoning.
• Concrete works including unreinforced and reinforced concrete, formwork, and concrete sundries.
• Masonry works including brickwork, blockwork, and decorative blocks.
• Waterproofing of walls and floors, including damp-proofing and sealants.
• Roof coverings including profiled metal sheeting, ridge capping, and flashing.
• Carpentry and joinery, including roof trusses, wall plates, and purlins.
