Your price headroom
With no goal-point advantage over the cheapest bidder, price is the whole contest: you have to be the lowest compliant bid to win. Enter a higher goal score than your rival to see what that advantage is worth in rand.
Points are calculated on the PPPFA formula, which is stable. What the tender counts as a specific goal, and which split applies, are both set by the tender document, so read them off it rather than assuming last year's rules. Functionality thresholds are assessed before price and are not modelled here.
