APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE SAGE 300 FINANCE UPGRADE, GL CONSOLIDATIONS, SEI REPORTS, INTERCOMPANY TRANSACTIONS AND BANK SERVICES CONFIGURATION, INVOICE DUPLICATION PREVENTION, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE FOR A PERIOD OF EGHTEEN (18) MONTHS
