The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is seeking a service provider for Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) wellness services for a period of 36 months. Scope of work

• Provision of psychologist counselling sessions for employees and their immediate family members.
• Critical incident management and trauma counselling, both individual and group, in-person or virtual.
• In-person wellness awareness days for general staff and executive management.
• Managerial support and advice sessions for challenging work situations and employee absence.
• Health and wellness awareness programmes, including virtual sessions and half-day or full-day educational sessions.
• Absenteeism, incapacity, and disability management, including home visits by a registered Nurse or Social Worker.
• Rehabilitation counselling support for alcohol and substance abuse, including case management for inpatient rehabilitation.
• Online professional legal advisory sessions for employees and their immediate family members.
• Online or in-person conflict resolution and relationship counselling for employees and teams.
• Provision of digital wellness information, including articles.
