APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO COMPILE GRAP COMPLIANT INTERIM AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (AFS) AND PROVIDE OTHER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS

What this tender is about

The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is inviting bids for a service provider to compile GRAP compliant interim and annual financial statements. The contract will be for a period of twenty-four (24) months and will also include other technical support. Bidders are required to complete the provided MS Excel Pricing Template for all services outlined in the scope of work. Pricing must be firm, unconditional, and reflected both excluding and including VAT, with all disbursements included. TCTA reserves the right not to award if the highest scoring bid is not market-related. The tender closes on 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Scope of work

• Compile GRAP compliant interim and annual financial statements.
• Provide other technical support for a period of twenty-four (24) months.

Important requirements

• The MS Excel Pricing Template has been structured to calculate the total cost over the two-year contract period based on the unit pricing provided by the Bidder and the quantities specified for each financial year.(Copy of Annexure C Pricing templa..., sheet Subm)
