The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to provide Cleaning Services for RAF Polokwane (CEC) for a period of twelve (12) months starting from 07 October 2026.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a qualified service provider to deliver cleaning services for its Polokwane office. The contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 07 October 2026. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. Bidders must comply with mandatory requirements, including submitting a valid letter of good standing from the Compensation Commissioner and providing company experience details. The evaluation will be based on the 80/20 preference point system, considering price and specific goals such as Historically Disadvantaged Individuals, Women, and Persons with Disabilities. All quotations must be submitted via email by the closing date and time.

Scope of work

• Daily office cleaning, including consumables, equipment, and labour.
• Occasional cleaning on an ad-hoc basis, including consumables, equipment, and labour, against a separate Purchase Order.
• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of all cleaning equipment.
• Replacement or repair of defective equipment within 48 hours of reporting.
• Daily activities include floor maintenance, vacuuming rugs and carpets, dusting surfaces, waste disposal, spot cleaning walls and glass, and cleaning entrances.
• Deep cleaning of offices, pause areas, and ablution facilities, including moving furniture, to be performed four times during the contract.
• Ad-hoc services such as water disaster cleaning, office sanitation, machine rental, chair cleaning, and blind cleaning will be available on request.
