The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified service provider for Software Performance Testing Services in support of the current and upcoming system releases for a period of twelve (12) months.

Scope of work

• Planning and scoping targeted systems, applications, interfaces, and business transactions for performance testing.
• Defining performance test scenarios, user journeys, concurrency levels, workload models, and acceptance criteria.
• Preparing test scripts, test data, and performance test environments to simulate realistic usage.
• Executing baseline, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests against applications, APIs, and services.
• Monitoring and analysing response times, throughput, error rates, and system behaviour during tests.
• Reporting performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and recommendations for system optimisation.
• Conducting re-tests to validate performance improvements and tuning actions.
• Ensuring comprehensive documentation of all testing activities and stable environments post-testing.
