APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO FINALIZE THE NORMS AND STANDEARDS FOR LAND USE MANAGEMENT AND LAND DEVELOPMENT IN TERMS OF SECTION 8 OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT (16 OF 2013) FOR A PERIOD OF FOURTEEN (14) MONTHS.
