APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY, IMPLEMENT AND PROVIDE SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, AND MANAGED SERVICES AT ATNS FOR A CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS SOLUTION FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
