APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE DELIVERY OF PURIFIED WATER AND RENTAL OF HOT & COLD COOLERS FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS

What this tender is about

The Banking Sector Education and Training Authority (BANKSETA) is seeking a service provider to supply purified water and rent hot and cold water coolers for its Centurion offices. This contract is for a period of two years. The service provider will be responsible for the rental and maintenance of four water dispensers, as well as the supply and delivery of a minimum of 20 litres of purified water per delivery, with a total of 1040 bottles required over the contract period. Pricing must cover all items detailed in the Terms of Reference and include VAT if the bidder is registered. Bids must be submitted by the closing date of 9 October 2026.

Scope of work

• Rental of 4 water dispensers supplying hot and cold water.
• Maintenance of the water dispensers twice a year.
• Supply and delivery of minimum 20 litre purified water bottles (1040 bottles total).
