FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT OF RATES–BASED CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROVISION FOR RATES BASED LEAK DETECTION AND REPAIR SERVICE PROVIDERS WITHIN THE MSUNDUZI MUNICIPAL AREA OF SUPPLY. THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SHALL BE SPLIT BETWEEN A MAXIMUM OF 2 SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH A CIDB GRADING 1–4CE AND A MAXIMUM OF 3 SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH A CIDB GRADING 5CE OR HIGHER
