THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY (MRF) AND THE REFURBISHMENT OF TWO EXISTING TRANSFER STATIONS FOR THE EMALAHLENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY (INDWE AND DORDRECHT TOWNS) IN THE EASTERN CAPE (EC) PROVINCE, WITHIN A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS.
