Scope of work

• After-sales maintenance and remote monitoring for residential customers for a period of three years.
• Provision of after-sales installation support services for up to 12 months.
• Extended operation and maintenance services for months 13-36, including periodic maintenance, cleaning, performance review, and preventive checks.
