PROVISION OF SPECIALISED INVESTIGATION SERVICES TO INVESTIGATE COAL, HEAVY FUEL OIL, FUEL AND OIL THEFT INCIDENTS AFFECTING THE GENERATION DIVISION FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.
