SUPPLY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT TO MATERIALS & PLANT INTEGRITY DEPARTMENT ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS
