PROVISION OF HYDROCARBON SPILL MANAGEMENT, SEWAGE WASTE REMOVAL AND OIL DAM CLEANING SERVICES FOR NTCSA APOLLO & CENTRALIZED SERVICES ON AN “AS AND WHEN REQUIRED” BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS.
