THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHICKEN POULTRY (CHICKEN THIGHS, CHICKEN BREAST BONELESS (PRE-CUT GOULASH) AND CHICKEN BREAST WITH BONE (WHOLE) TO BE USED IN THE MAIN KITCHEN AT GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL OVER A TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD.
