THE PLACEMENT OF TWO (2) ULTRASONIC SURGICAL ASPIRATORS (AT NO COST) FOR INTRACRANIAL AND INTRAVENTRICULAR NEUROSURGERY, AND LAPAROSCOPIC AND OPEN LIVER SURGERY, A FULLY COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT, AND THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSUMABLES FOR GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL (GSH) OVER A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.
