SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BANDAGES AND DRESSINGS TO THE STATE FOR A PERIOD ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2030

What this tender is about

The National Treasury is inviting bids for the supply and delivery of bandages and dressings across South Africa. This tender is for a period ending 31 October 2030. A non-compulsory virtual briefing session will be held on 2 October 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams. Bidders must submit their bids online through the eTender Publication portal by the closing date of 12 October 2026 at 11:00. Late bids will not be accepted. The evaluation will consider price and specific goals, including local content and historically disadvantaged individuals. All bid documents must be completed accurately and submitted as per the instructions.

Scope of work

• Supply and delivery of bandages and dressings to the State for a period ending 31 October 2030.
• The bid includes eight categories with a total of 52 line items, covering items such as adhesive removal, bandages, wound dressings, drapes, eye pads, gauze, and gauze plugs.

How to submit

• Bids must be submitted online through the eTender Publication portal (https://www.etenders.gov.za/). Manual or hardcopy bids are not acceptable. Adhere to the sequential submission format as per the checklist.
• The Pricing Schedule (Annexure B) must be submitted in an unlocked XLSX Excel sheet format.
• Bids received after the closing date and time (12 October 2026 at 11:00) will not be accepted.
