Renewal of CIBECS End-Point Cloud software for 12 months for the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC)

The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is seeking proposals for the renewal of its CIBECS End-Point Cloud software licenses for a period of 12 months. The required solution includes the supply and installation of the latest CIBECS version in a virtual cloud server environment. The system must back up data from all HSRC regions to a central console on an onsite server, with de-duplication capabilities. Bidders must be Platinum Authorised CIBECS re-sellers with at least one certified CIBECS Accredited Administrator. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, track record, and the qualifications and skills of key personnel, using an 80/20 preference point system. Scope of work

• Supply and installation of the latest CIBECS version in a virtual server environment in the CLOUD.
• Configure solution to backup data from all HSRC workstations in Pretoria, Cape Town and Sweetwaters to a central console, stored on an HSRC onsite server.
• Solution must allow for de-duplication of data.
