REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A CONSORTIUM OR MULTI-DISCPLINARY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSISTING OF ARCHITECTS, QUANTITY SURVEYORS, CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AGENTS AND SOCIAL FACILITATORS FROM STAGE 1 TO STAGE 6 OF THE ADDITIONAL OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AT KING HINTSA TVET COLLEGE CAMPUSES IN THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE

The Independent Development Trust (IDT) is seeking proposals from consortia or multi-disciplinary professional service providers. The scope includes architects, quantity surveyors, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers, occupational health and safety agents, and social facilitators. Services are required from Stage 1 to Stage 6 for the additional of educational facilities at King Hintsa TVET College campuses in the Eastern Cape. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 on 14 August 2026. The delivery location is Unit 12D C/O N2 & Bonza Bay Road, Beacon Bay, Beacon Bay Crossing, Beacon Bay, East London, 5241.

Scope of work

• Provide multi-disciplinary professional services including architects, quantity surveyors, civil & structural engineers, electrical, mechanical, occupational health and safety agents and social facilitators.
• Services required from Stage 1 to Stage 6 for the additional of educational facilities at King Hintsa TVET College campuses.
