TO APPOINT A SHIP CREWING AND MANNING AGENCY PANEL TO PROVIDE CREW RECRUITMENT, PLACEMENT, CREW MANAGEMENT, PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AND OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 150 CREW MEMBERS ONBOARD SIX (6) DFFE/MLRF FLEET OF VESSELS INCLUDING STAFF RELATED TO THE PROJECT AS REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
