TERMS OF REFERENCE TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER OR PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE DFFE/MLRF FLEET OF VESSELS WITH VICTUALS (PROVISIONS), SUPPLY NEW BED LINEN, NEW CUTLERY, NEW CROCKERY, AND OTHER CONSUMABLES FOR PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS OR AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
