APPOINTMENT OF A QUALIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE OF STANDBY GENERATOR FOR PERIOD OF TWELVE MONTHS AT NHBRC SUNNINGHILL OFFICE
