FOR THE PROVISION OF ROUTINE ROAD MAINTENANCE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE PROJECTS IN THE (NORTH-WEST PROVINCE)

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) is seeking tenders for routine road maintenance construction services across various national and provincial routes in the North West Province. Projects include maintenance on routes such as N14, R30, R53, N12, R504, R505, N18, and R34, with contract durations of 36 months. Scope of work

• Routine road maintenance construction services for National Route N14 from Ditsobotla Municipal Border to Gauteng Border, R30 from Kgetlengrivier Municipal Border through Ventersdorp to Matlosana Municipal Border, and R53 from Potchefstroom to Ventersdorp.
• Routine road maintenance for National Road from Naledi Municipal Border to Free State Border and N12 from Northern Cape Border to Maquassi Hills Municipal Border.
• Routine road maintenance of National Route N12 Sections 14&15, R504 Sections 2, 3&4, and R505 Section 4.
• Routine road maintenance of National Road N14 from the North West/Northern Cape Border to Vryburg, and N18 from the North West/Northern Cape Border to Vryburg.
• Routine road maintenance of National Road N14 from Vryburg to Tswaing Municipal Border, N18 from Vryburg to Ratlou Municipal Border, and R34 from Vryburg to Mamusa Municipal Border.

• Tenders must be placed inside the tender box at the Reception area: Provincial Office, Gauteng Province, 38 Ida street, Menlo Park, Pretoria, 0081. Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile, e-mailed tenders will NOT be accepted. No late tenders will be accepted.

Special conditions

Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 7CE or higher as stated on the Tender Data may submit tender offers. Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation required for this tender, will not be accepted. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender. Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.
