APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE, UPGRADE AND SUPPORT OF THE ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR NATIONAL TREASURY BUILDINGS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS
