APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE OFFSITE STORAGE/ARCHIVING INCLUDING DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ALL PPSA OFFICES, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.
