The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to provide a Tracing Tool for forensic Investigations for a period of twelve (12) months.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) requires an experienced service provider to supply a Tracing Tool for forensic investigations. This appointment will be for a period of twelve (12) months. The service provider must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with all mandatory requirements. Submissions must be emailed to [contact on the official notice] by the closing date of 2 October 2026 at 11:00. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 29 September 2026 at 11:00 via Microsoft Teams. The RAF will only conduct business with CSD registered suppliers. All annexures must be completed and signed.

Scope of work

• Provide a Tracing Tool for forensic investigations for a period of twelve (12) months.
• The solution must be supplied as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) including hosting, platform management, maintenance, monitoring, updates, incident management, service reporting, backup, recovery, user support, and account management.
• The bidder must provide a complete implementation plan covering project initiation, configuration, integration, testing, security assurance, user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and transition to support.
