APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALL AND MAINTENANCE OF OFFICE PRINTERS, DATA CARDS PRINTERS, FRANKING MACHINE, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SCANNERS AND CONSUMABLES FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY - SIX (36) MONTHS.
