PLACEMENT OF TWO (2) GROSSING STATIONS INCLUDING CONSUMABLES, SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS AT TAD ANATOMICAL PATHOLOGY.

The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) is inviting small businesses to bid for the placement of two grossing stations. This tender includes the supply of consumables, as well as service and maintenance for a period of five years. The delivery location is the Pathology Building, Room 4-36, Anatomical Pathology, Pretoria. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 4 September 2026 at 11:00. Bids must be submitted by 18 September 2026 at 11:00. Pricing must be provided in South African Rand and inclusive of VAT for the total bid price over five years. Failure to price according to the provided template may lead to disqualification.

Scope of work

• Placement of two grossing stations including consumables, service and maintenance for a period of five (5) years at TAD Anatomical Pathology.

Important requirements

• Bidders must provide the NHLS with the total Bid price inclusive of VAT for a period of 5 years.(RFB022-26-27 Pricing Template.xlsx, sheet Proposed Pricing schedule)
• Prices must be provided in South African Rand (R).(RFB022-26-27 Pricing Template.xlsx, sheet Proposed Pricing schedule)
