Scope of work

• Supply and install acoustic sound insulation solutions in specific offices across Buildings 41 and 42, including drywall layering, acoustic insulation, and acoustic sealants.
• Ensure the completed wall system achieves a minimum Sound Transmission Class (STC) Rating of 50, with a preferred rating of 55 or higher.
• The installed system must prevent conversations within executive offices from being clearly heard or understood in adjacent areas.
• Provide a completion certificate, product data sheet, and warranty certificates (minimum 12-month workmanship, 3-year manufacturer).
