Appointment of a services of an experienced service provider for the design, layout, and production of corporate publications

What this tender is about

The Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (Sasseta) is seeking an experienced service provider for the design, layout, and production of various corporate publications. This includes items such as Annual Performance Plans, Strategic Plans, Annual Reports, Handbooks, Booklets, Calendars, Posters, and Newsletters. SASSETA will supply the content for these publications. Bidders must quote for all items listed in Annexure B and submit the Excel spreadsheet in its original format, along with a signed PDF version. Pricing will be evaluated based on the total cost specified in Annexure B, with annual escalation by CPIX. Travel and disbursement costs will be reimbursed according to Department of Transport rates.

• Design, layout, and production of Annual Performance Plan (A4, full color, 150-180 pages).
• Design, layout, and production of Strategic Plan (A4, full color, 80-120 pages).
• Design, layout, and production of Annual Report (A4, full color, 150-180 pages).
• Design, layout, and production of Sector Skills Plan (A4, full color, 220-260 pages).
• Design, layout, and production of SASSETA Handbook (A4, full color, 30-40 pages).
• Design, layout, and production of Employee Induction Handbook (A4, full color, 60-100 pages).
• Design, layout, and production of Event Programme (A5, full color).
• Design, layout, and production of Event Invitation (A5, full color).
• Design, layout, and production of Career Guidance Booklet for Learners (A5, full color, 20-30 pages).
• Design, layout, and production of Career Guidance Booklet for Educators (A4, full color, 40-50 pages).

• Submit Annexure B in Excel format for evaluation and a signed PDF version for audit trail.
