APPOINTMENT OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO PLAN, DESIGN, MONITOR AND COMPLETE [AS PER FIDPM STAGES 2 – 7] MANZANA PS IN THE EASTERN CAPE
