APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PRINTING, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SECURITY CERTIFICATES FOR THE FOOD AND ASSOCIATED INDUSTRIES IN CAPE TOWN
