APPOINTMENT OF ASERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE HYGIENE AND PESTCONTROL SERVICES FOR THE NATIONAL LOTTERIES COMMISSION CAPE TOWN PROVINCIAL OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS
