REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE HYGIENE AND PEST CONTROL SERVICES OF THE NLC NORTHERN CAPE (KIMBERLEY) PROVINCIAL OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS
