APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR (TDF) TRAINING FOR AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS STAFF MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL REGULATOR FOR COMPULSORY SPECIFICATIONS (NRCS).
