APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATION RELATING TO ALLEGED FRAUD AND CORRUPTION -SOLICITATION OF PAYMENT AGAINST NRCS OFFICIAL: INTERN

• Identify individuals with pertinent information, determine if third parties received benefits, and assess if the alleged official acted with corrupt intent.
• Analyse whether the conduct constituted harassment or abuse of power, determine applicable legal standards and policies, and form a basis for conclusions and recommendations.
• Provide a comprehensive investigation report including consolidated material, detailed results, outlined process, findings on misconduct, and recommendations for disciplinary or legal action.
