APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF OFFICE SPACE FOR THE MINING QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY REGIONAL OFFICES IN RUSTENBURG AND WITBANK FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS (36 MONTHS)
