APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENT THE TWO SMART BOARDROOMS FOR THE MQA HEAD OFFICE

Scope of work

• Integration of audio-visual systems with unified communication platforms, room booking systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory / Azure Active Directory authentication.
• Testing and commissioning of all components, including functionality, audio/video quality, conferencing capabilities, and wireless presentation.
• Provision of training for end-users, executive assistants, ICT support staff, and facilities management personnel.
• Post-implementation support and maintenance for twelve months on a time and material basis, including preventative maintenance, remote support, and updates.
