REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM 365 (CLOUD SOLUTION) ENTERPRISE PACKAGE AT THE MINING QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY FOR THE PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS
